Property & Project Assistant Manager

About the role

The Property & Project Assistant Manager supports the company's retail expansion across Cambodia by identifying new store locations, negotiating leases, and overseeing renovation and construction projects to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential store locations based on market demand, accessibility and commercial viability.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and site feasibility studies.
• Negotiate lease terms and manage lease agreements, renewals and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for site selection and new store development.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee store renovation, construction and fit‑out projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and progress to ensure on‑schedule, on‑budget delivery.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure construction quality, safety standards and resolve outstanding issues.
• Prepare regular reports on site evaluations, lease negotiations, project progress, budgets and risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve property utilization, control development costs and enhance expansion efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property management, leasing, retail expansion or project management.
• Proven experience in site selection, lease negotiation and construction or renovation projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem‑solving and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
