Listing Agent (Male)

About the role

The Listing Agent will actively prospect clients through cold calling, arrange face‑to‑face meetings and develop strategies to close deals. You will build strong relationships with customers and property owners while supporting the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to target clients and arrange face‑to‑face meetings.
• Develop and execute strategies to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and owners.
• Follow up and update customers and owners regularly.
• Identify new customers for the company.
• Attend events and expand networking opportunities.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• Experience in the real‑estate industry is preferred.
• Good command of Khmer, English and Chinese is a plus.
• Friendly, honest, flexible and hard‑working.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
