General Manager – FMCG Business Operations

About the role

The company is a growing FMCG business seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall operations, drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies, annual plans and operational priorities aligned with company objectives.
• Lead sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share and distribution targets while building strong customer and partner relationships.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting and monitor revenue, profit, cash flow and expense control.
• Coach department heads, set performance targets and work with HR on talent development and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian laws, internal controls and manage operational and financial risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Supply Chain or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of senior business management experience, preferably in trading, FMCG, beverage or distribution.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and achieve business targets.
• Strong knowledge of business planning, sales management, supply‑chain operations and financial management.
