French-Speaking Dining Service Support (Relief)

About the role

The French‑Speaking Dining Service Support (Relief) provides exceptional food and beverage service to Francophone guests aboard Aqua Expeditions vessels, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests during all meal periods and designated service activities both onboard and ashore, including excursions.
• Maintain dining area setup, cleanliness, and table assignments according to departmental standards.
• Support other Food & Beverage roles such as Bartender or F&B Assistant when required.
• Monitor stock levels, perform inventory duties, and apply FIFO procedures to minimize waste.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of dining service experience with strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Fluent French and basic English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wine and food pairings to make guest recommendations.
• Familiarity with menu, beverage, and local product knowledge.
