Foreign Exchange Consultant

About the role

The Foreign Exchange Consultant will join Goldwell Capital’s client‑facing team in Siem Reab Town, working in a hybrid setting. You will advise clients on FX products, interpret currency trends and help shape trading strategies that match their risk tolerance and investment objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely market updates on foreign exchange.
• Monitor client FX positions and coordinate trade execution according to company policies.
• Collaborate with customer service and trading teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality client interactions.
• Educate clients on FX concepts, platform features and best practices for managing currency exposure.
• Assist in the preparation of market research and analysis to support client strategy development.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of foreign currency markets and key FX instruments.
• Experience trading or dealing with financial instruments, preferably in FX or derivatives.
• Proven customer‑service abilities and clear communication of complex financial information.
• Solid understanding of finance fundamentals such as risk management and market analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with relevant trading platforms and basic office software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
