Credit, Compliance & Loan Processing Specialists – Phnom Penh

About the role

Bangkok Bank is opening a new branch in Phnom Penh and is looking for experienced professionals to fill three key positions: Credit & Marketing Specialist, Compliance Specialist and Loan Processing Officer. The roles support the branch’s credit, regulatory and loan‑administration functions and require strong analytical and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct credit analysis, site visits and KYC processes, and prepare credit risk ratings.
• Monitor compliance with Central Bank regulations, prepare quarterly reports and advise on regulatory changes.
• Process loan applications, maintain accurate credit files, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prepare legal documentation and collateral valuations.
• Produce regular reports for the head office and relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Law.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, banking compliance or loan operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Thai language skills are a plus.
