Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, self‑motivated Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG team in Steung Mean Chey, Phnom Penh. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on driving sales, managing retail and wholesale outlets, and ensuring product visibility across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Follow daily routes to visit retail and wholesale outlets, generate orders and achieve sales volume and revenue targets.
• Ensure proper product placement on shelves and maintain visual standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, support credit control by following up on payments and overdue invoices.
• Address customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or promotional schemes promptly.
• Record daily sales orders, outlet visits and market feedback on competitor activities.
• Participate in regular sales briefings to review performance and route coverage.

Required profile

• At least a High School Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

What we offer

• Basic salary between $300 and $350 per month plus $200 incentive.
• Monday‑Saturday schedule (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with major public holidays off.
