Event Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Event Supervisor to lead on‑site brand activations, pop‑up stalls and in‑store displays for our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio. You will manage teams of brand ambassadors and ensure each activation meets our visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, brief and supervise brand ambassadors, promoters and event crews on product knowledge and brand messaging.
• Oversee the complete setup, teardown and branding compliance of activation booths, pop‑up stalls and in‑store displays.
• Manage logistics of promotional materials, high‑volume product stock, giveaways and point‑of‑sale materials to avoid shortages.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for retail store managers, venue coordinators and third‑party logistics agencies.
• Monitor daily engagement targets, collect consumer feedback, track sample distribution and compile post‑event reports with photos and sales data.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, brand activations or supervising retail promotions within the FMCG sector.
• Strong team‑management abilities and the capacity to solve problems quickly under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak retail hours.
