District Supervisor

About the role

The District Supervisor ensures smooth operational activities across stores, aligning them with company policies, legal requirements, and sales targets. This role combines operational oversight, inventory management, and staff development to drive retail performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor trading, action, and incentive plans with the Line Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports for all stores.
• Control store operating budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Communicate operational policies to the retail sales team via emails, memos, and notices.
• Coordinate training programs for staff in collaboration with Product and Visual Merchandising teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend orders or stock transfers based on performance.
• Support store managers in delivering high‑level customer service and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate on store relocation, resizing, renovation, and new store opening projects.

Required profile

• Strong background in fashion retail with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, able to multitask and work independently.
• Loyal, honest, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
