Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will join Orienda Polyclinic and Maternity to lead online promotion of the hospital’s services. Working on‑site in Stueng Mean Chey, you will design, launch and optimise campaigns that raise brand awareness, attract new patients and support retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and display channels.
• Manage the hospital’s social media accounts, create content calendars and schedule posts.
• Develop lead‑generation funnels to convert inquiries into appointments.
• Analyse performance data with web‑analytics tools and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure messaging is accurate, compliant and aligned with service offerings.
• Stay updated on digital trends specific to the healthcare sector and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a service‑oriented or healthcare environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Khmer is a plus.
• Excellent organisational abilities with a focus on detail and deadline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
