Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute the marketing strategy for our site in Kampot Province, leading a team focused on the Vietnamese market while ensuring high standards and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and control annual marketing budgets, including labour costs, to maximise efficiency.
• Coach and set clear goals for the marketing team, ensuring high performance.
• Develop, execute and revise policies and procedures to maximise profit and meet volume targets.
• Research and analyse industry trends, competitors and demographic factors to capture marketing opportunities.
• Align department strategies with overall company objectives and build strong relationships with internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of marketing experience, with a focus on CTA and customer‑base growth.
• Proven experience leading a marketing team targeting the Vietnamese market.
• Previous experience in the hospitality and entertainment sector in Southeast Asia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
