Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Officer to support and execute marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, promote our products and services, and drive customer acquisition. Working closely with the sales and creative teams, you will help deliver effective campaigns across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Create and manage content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with the Creative Designer to produce engaging promotional materials.
• Support product launches, promotions, events and customer‑engagement activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitor actions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads and sales.
• Assist in managing social media pages and responding to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to support lead generation and promotional activities.
• Help plan and execute online advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal abilities.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn new marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
