Media Production Specialist

About the role

The Media Production Specialist will create high‑quality photo, video and multimedia assets that support the company's marketing campaigns, branding initiatives and corporate communications. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will ensure all content aligns with brand standards and delivers a consistent visual message across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit photography and videography for projects, events and campaigns.
• Produce promotional videos, reels, testimonials and event highlight reels.
• Edit videos, photos and multimedia content for digital and offline channels.
• Maintain media asset libraries and manage production equipment.
• Coordinate content requirements with Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Adapt content to emerging digital media trends and technologies.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets while adhering to brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in media production, videography, photography or content creation.
• Project management experience and strong business acumen.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on a schedule that meets business needs.
• Knowledge of product design and promotional marketing material.
• Understanding of product and brand management, segmentation and positioning.
