Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead our social media presence, produce engaging digital content, and manage WordPress websites. The role is full‑time and based in Phnom Penh, offering the chance to shape our online brand and drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, plan content calendars, schedule posts and handle community engagement.
• Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to achieve lead generation goals.
• Develop creative concepts, write captions, design artwork and produce short‑form videos, Reels and TikTok clips.
• Build, design and update WordPress sites using Elementor or similar page builders, ensuring mobile responsiveness and basic SEO.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements for reach, engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Meta Ads Manager.
• Good Khmer communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Canva, Photoshop, CapCut (or similar creative tools).
• WordPress website development, including Elementor or comparable page builders.
• Basic SEO knowledge and Google Analytics.
• Photography, video shooting and editing capabilities.
• Experience with Meta Ads campaign creation and optimisation.
