Creative and Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Creative and Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of digital campaigns to promote infant formula and baby healthcare products across Cambodia. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with internal teams and external agencies to build brand awareness and support sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing calendars, budgets, and promotional activities.
• Create and optimise social media, online advertising, SEO/SEM, and content across all channels.
• Analyse campaign performance, conduct market and competitor research, and report insights to leadership.
• Ensure brand positioning, visual consistency, and regulatory compliance in all communications.

Required profile

• Strong creative and branding abilities with experience in visual storytelling.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; certifications a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, baby products, or healthcare industries is preferred.
