Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will design and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand growth for our beer and beverage portfolio. Working on‑site in Phnom Penh, you will collaborate closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility.
• Work with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support commercial targets.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to interact with internal teams, partners and consumers.
• Proven skills in market research, marketing strategy and sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in FMCG, beverages or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Phnom Penh.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
