Creative Specialist

About the role

The Creative Specialist drives the conception, production and execution of high‑impact visual assets for two key brands. Working at the intersection of global brand standards and local market relevance, the role creates Khmer‑first multimedia content, supports dealer enablement and leads on‑ground visual activations from concept through installation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative development of digital artworks, videos and photos for two brand portfolios.
• Translate global marketing initiatives into Khmer‑first assets while preserving brand integrity.
• Design and deliver standardized creative toolkits for dealers, including social templates, digital banners and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Create structural designs and graphics for events, exhibition booths, pop‑ups and activation backdrops.
• Develop 3D mock‑ups, technical specifications and oversee production and on‑site installation of signage and large‑format banners.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and commercial video/photo shooting.
• Hands‑on experience integrating generative AI tools into creative workflows.
• Strong knowledge of large‑format printing, material specifications and installation logistics.
• Proven ability to negotiate with print shops and production crews.
• Fluent in Khmer and professional working proficiency in English.
