Visual Designer (Graphic & 3D Design)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Visual Designer to handle daily graphic design needs across departments while also supporting 3D visualisation and short‑form video projects for events and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce graphics such as posters, social media visuals, promotional materials and branding assets for multiple internal teams.
• Create 3D models, renderings and visualisations for event spaces, stages, booths and other project scenarios.
• Plan, shoot and edit short‑form video content for Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, including commercial ads and event highlights.
• Collaborate with the Event Supervisor and Content Department to prepare materials, coordinate on‑site execution and follow‑up after events.
• Manage multiple design requests, prioritise tasks and incorporate feedback to meet brand standards and project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, 3D visual design or video production.
• Cambodian nationality with Chinese language proficiency.
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• 3D software such as Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V‑Ray or KeyShot.
• Video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Experience with social‑media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and short‑form video trends.
