UX/UI Designer

About the role

The UX/UI Designer will create best‑in‑class consumer experiences for the bank’s web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, testers, marketers and other stakeholders to turn complex business needs into intuitive, customer‑focused designs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the design and development process, from early‑stage concepts to launch.
• Produce and defend design deliverables, including case scenarios, user flows, wireframes, interaction models, storyboards, site maps and visual assets.
• Design UI/UX for a variety of digital marketing assets such as landing pages, websites, mobile apps and emerging device software.
• Document designs for hand‑off to development teams and incorporate feedback from managers and stakeholders.
• Integrate user research into the design process and maintain high‑quality, innovative design execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX or Interaction Designer.
• Strong conceptual and visual communication abilities, including sketching and drawing skills.
• Experience working in iterative and agile environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Experience using wire‑framing and prototyping tools like Axure, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Rive App, Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of front‑end development technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Ability to create responsive designs for web, mobile web and native applications.
