Corporate Communications Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Communications Executive to join our Corporate Communication team. This entry‑level position will support the planning and execution of marketing and communication activities across multiple channels, helping to strengthen our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Corporate Communication team in implementing marketing and communication activities.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials such as posters, brochures, presentations, social media visuals, and other branding content.
• Create simple multimedia content, including short videos, GIFs, social media posts, and basic TikTok videos.
• Help schedule and publish content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure regular social media updates.
• Provide photography and videography support during company events and meetings.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance.
• Prepare basic reports on social media activities and campaign results.
• Organise company events, meetings, and maintain digital assets such as photos and videos.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience are welcome.
• Good command of written and spoken English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus).
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in marketing, branding, social media, and content creation.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work well in a team.

• Basic design tools such as Canva.
• Video editing tools like CapCut.
• Graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop.
• Illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator.
