About the role
The Cashier will be the front‑line point of contact for guests, responsible for processing payments accurately and efficiently while delivering professional service. Fluency in Chinese is required to assist Mandarin‑speaking customers with transactions and inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, credit card and other payment transactions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing payments and maintain cash drawers.
- Perform cash reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist guests with currency exchange and payment‑related questions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to internal control procedures.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, cash handling, finance, accounting, banking or a related field (preferred).
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Chinese; English is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
