Business Development Executive – Khmer Speaking (Cambodia)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional who is fluent in Khmer to support Kampot Cement Co., Ltd. in Phnom Penh. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, conducting market analysis, and preparing strategic presentations for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company’s business and improve profitability.
• Conduct extensive market studies to stay abreast of ongoing trends and market conditions.
• Prepare monthly business executive presentation files for management meetings, collaborating with relevant teams.
• Analyze investment requests, assess feasibility, and evaluate associated risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in business development or business analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English and Thai.
