Business Development and Partnership Manager

About the role

The Business Development and Partnership Manager will support the execution of growth initiatives and manage strategic partnerships that expand the bank's digital ecosystem. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with fintechs, merchants and payment providers, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver partnership projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive digital business growth.
• Assist in executing the business development and partnership strategy aligned with Digital Business Division objectives.
• Manage relationships with corporate partners, merchants, fintech companies, payment service providers, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal technical, product, merchant services, marketing and operations teams to support partnership implementation.
• Support integration projects such as API partnerships, payment gateway connections and digital platform collaborations.
• Prepare business proposals, partnership agreements and commercial presentations.
• Monitor partnership performance, track revenue contribution and report updates to management.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners to increase digital transaction volume.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, digital business or banking.
• Experience with digital payment solutions, e‑commerce platforms or fintech partnerships is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and multi‑team coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
