Head of Sales

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead SCC’s sales function from its headquarters in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for setting sales strategies, defining targets and driving revenue growth for the company’s processed‑food portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback.
• Manage key accounts and distributor relationships, ensuring effective account management.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and customer insights to refine plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and production to align sales initiatives with product availability and brand positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership within FMCG, food or related industries, preferably in Cambodia or the region.
• Strong track record in setting targets, driving revenue and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data, forecast demand and make data‑informed decisions.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills in English; willingness to develop Khmer language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
