Brand Executive

About the role

The Brand Executive will execute marketing campaigns and brand strategies to increase brand awareness, visibility, top‑of‑mind (TOM) and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing activities to achieve effective communications and expand brand awareness to target consumers based on agreed plan and budget.
• Identify opportunities for activating the brand on new channels or consumer segments to expand awareness.
• Work closely with all functions to ensure a coherent brand identity in merchandising and promotion activities and execute brand activities on time.
• Regularly monitor and analyze own brand and competitors’ performance in the market, providing insightful updates and recommendations to the line manager.
• Collect and analyze market data, including trends and new developments, and use the information for brand improvement.
• Submit competitive reports on ATL and BTL activities, as well as monthly monitoring reports (signage, POSM, premium products, etc.).
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in a marketing role or similar position in FMCG manufacturing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
