Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Content Marketing Specialist will lead daily creative content execution and digital campaign rollouts for PassApp. This role focuses on planning seasonal marketing moments, giveaways, online activations and delivering engaging content across key digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendars for Facebook, TikTok and in‑app communication channels.
• Develop engaging content angles that highlight promotions, seasonal moments, brand stories and product features.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce visuals, videos and infographics that follow PassApp’s brand guidelines.
• Manage digital mechanics, copywriting, creative requests and posting timelines.
• Monitor comments, feedback and user conversations across social platforms and support communication flow for passengers and drivers.
• Identify community trends and track competitor activities on social media.
• Support KOL and influencer content planning for campaigns and giveaways, brief creators and review content before posting.
• Create platform‑native ideas for TikTok, Facebook Reels and short‑form content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital content or campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends and youth digital culture.
• Ability to write short, catchy copy and think creatively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience working with KOLs or managing online activations is a plus.
