Brand, Communications & Digital Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Brand, Communications & Digital Manager to join our fast‑growing team at Orchid Hospital. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining the hospital’s brand image, overseeing corporate communications and driving all digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a brand strategy that resonates with the target market and positions Orchid Hospital as the healthcare provider of choice.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, positioning, tone of voice and customer experience across all communication touchpoints.
• Plan and execute brand marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events and sponsorships.
• Design and launch go‑to‑market strategies for new products and services.
• Manage external communications and public relations, building strong relationships with media.
• Oversee digital and social media platforms such as website, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Lead digital marketing activities, including content planning and production of static graphics and video.
• Create and manage health‑focused creative content for marketing and communication materials.
• Coordinate with printing houses, marketing agencies and suppliers to ensure high‑quality marketing collateral.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, public relations and corporate communications.
• Fluent in Khmer and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of health‑related products is a plus.

Required skills

• Social media platform management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Content planning and production for static graphics and video.
