Manager, Brand Management

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Brand Management to drive long‑term brand love for the CMLD business unit. The role will develop and execute high‑impact campaigns, brand experiences and storytelling, including short films, to build strong emotional connections and a differentiated brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
• Create annual brand plans, campaign strategies and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign production, focusing on creative storytelling, video and short‑film content.
• Leverage customer insights and performance data to optimise engagement and brand perception.
• Manage agencies and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality brand experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or creative copywriting.
• Prior experience in real‑estate or property development is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexible schedules as needed.
