Bank Executive Trainee - IT

About the role
This position supports the bank's IT operations, handling technical support cases, hardware setup, and core banking applications. It is designed for fresh graduates or final‑year students eager to learn banking technology.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, core banking system, internet/mobile banking and ATM services.
- Track application change requests, issue logs and prepare documentation for production changes.
- Assist in coordinating SIT and UAT environments, testing and vendor interactions.
- Maintain IT asset records, support procurement and generate IT‑related reports.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or fourth‑year student in IT/Computer Science from a reputable university.
- Keen interest in learning new technologies and good communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of networking and IT hardware.
- Programming languages: C#, Java, J2EE, Visual Basic, JBoss/WebSphere.
- Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
- Web application development (Java or .NET a plus).
