Senior Server Engineer

About the role

The Senior Server Engineer will lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of our server and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance across Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and automate new servers, virtualization platforms, and middleware solutions.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and standard build/deployment procedures.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Certificate Services, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID with hybrid identity.
• Ensure security, patching, and compliance for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and internal standards.
• Monitor infrastructure health, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in DR testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Linux, storage (SAN/NAS), Docker, Kubernetes and virtualization (VMware, OpenShift).
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and ITIL service‑management skills.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
