Associate Brand Specialist

About the role

The Associate Brand Specialist will support the Mobility Assistant Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing tactics for transport and express services. This role focuses on driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels in the Cambodian market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with the Creative Team to align assets with objectives and timelines.
• Identify and reach target audiences through In‑App, social media, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and help compile performance reports.
• Support competitor monitoring and gather local market insights for future campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with internal Mobility and Operations teams to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns.
• Deploy and manage consumer in‑app communications, promotions, and rewards using internal tools.
• Update and monitor house ads and paid ads within the app.
• Liaise with vendors for production and delivery of marketing materials.
• Review and localize regional content to ensure cultural relevance for Cambodia.
• Assist with data analytics and insights research to propose optimal business outcomes.

Required profile

• Energetic and enthusiastic, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative, open‑minded, and eager to learn the end‑to‑end campaign process.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate marketing messages and promo settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Growth, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing execution, business, or event coordination.
