Marketing Manager

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Marketing Manager role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Marketing Manager will oversee day‑to‑day marketing activities, planning and executing campaigns across online and offline channels to promote RiverLight’s brand and offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage social media platforms and create digital content.
• Coordinate promotions, events, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance.
• Optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong marketing strategy and planning skills with experience in integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and basic analytics tools.
• Experience in brand management and customer engagement within food & beverage or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and translate insights into actions.
• Proven project management skills, handling multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Khmer or other languages is an advantage.
• Motivation to learn, adapt, and grow within a rapidly evolving company.
