Assistant Manager, Campaign Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead end‑to‑end campaign marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive acquisition, re‑activation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans, defining mechanics, audiences, offers, channels, timelines and KPIs.
• Manage campaigns from setup through launch, monitoring, optimisation and reporting across in‑app, push, social, digital, POSM and offline activations.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (conversion, ROI/ROAS, cost per conversion) and deliver weekly, monthly and post‑campaign reports.
• Oversee budget allocation, utilisation and variance, coordinating with Finance for requests and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Creative and external partners (banks, telcos, merchants, media).
• Maintain SOPs, approval workflows and compliance, continuously improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Assign tasks, coach team members, monitor workload and drive performance improvements within the campaign team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, growth, CRM or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and budgets.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams; experience in ride‑hailing, e‑commerce, fintech, delivery, telco or digital platforms is a plus.
