Accounts Payable Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join KFK Food & Beverage Management Co., Ltd., a fast‑growing modern Chinese cuisine and hot‑pot restaurant group operating more than 30 outlets across Cambodia. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments and related tax obligations, supporting the finance team in maintaining clean financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Review supplier bills, VAT and commercial invoices for accuracy before recording them in the accounting system and Excel.
• Process accounts payable transactions including cash payments, bank transfers, foreign‑currency payments and payroll disbursements.
• Verify and reconcile all AP balances and ensure consistency between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Calculate costs of imported materials, allocate them to the appropriate departments and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Prepare and record taxes payable, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Create accounting vouchers, manage warehouse inventory balances and file monthly vouchers for archiving.
• Review supporting documents for overseas procurement and enter procurement data in the E‑Filing System on time.
• Assist the Finance Manager with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
• Good understanding of Cambodian tax regulations and AP processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
