Accounting Manager - Tboung Khmum

About the role

A permanent, full-time Accounting Manager position is open in Tboung Khmum Province, Cambodia. The role manages and oversees daily accounting and financial operations, with a salary negotiated annually.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting and financial operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and accounting standards
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities and other stakeholders
• Review accounting documents and ensure proper internal controls
• Lead, supervise and develop the accounting team
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and accounting principles
• Good experience in financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis
• Willingness to work in Tboung Khmum Province
