Payments Specialist (Remote)

About the role

FP Markets Group of Companies, a multi-regulated broker founded in Australia offering CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies, is recruiting a full-time Payments Specialist to work remotely in the APAC region. The role covers processing client funds and supporting client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals and transfers in line with regulations and guidelines
• Update CRM and platform systems with relevant information
• Communicate with the Back Office Manager on issues that arise
• Help investigate client requests and complaints in a timely way
• Assist Onboarding and Support teams in answering client queries
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams on specific client cases when needed
• Resolve payment issues with customers and service providers through various channels
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as requested by management

Required profile

• Around 1 year of experience in payments, transactions or a similar financial operations role
• Previous customer support experience, especially in forex, CFDs or financial services, is an advantage
• Team player with excellent communication skills and excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Shift work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM UTC+8
