Account Management Executive

About the role

The Account Management Executive will be the primary liaison for our key merchant partners, ensuring strong relationships and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet merchant needs and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Key Account operation plan in line with overall company strategy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated merchant accounts.
• Identify merchant needs, negotiate contracts, and propose solutions that optimise revenue.
• Monitor sales performance, adjust menus and pricing, and execute promotional plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure merchant satisfaction and address operational challenges.
• Collect and share data with key account managers and perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for merchant visits and special events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
