Customer Service Assistant (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

Round Advisory Co., Ltd. is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Assistant to support Chinese‑speaking clients in Cambodia. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service and fostering strong relationships with both local and international investors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Chinese customers.
• Provide timely support, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Analyze feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Issue quotes, confirmations, and assist in collecting outstanding payments.
• Update and maintain customer service information.
• Contribute to the development of strategies, policies, procedures, and training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Chinese translation, teaching, sales or related roles.
• Experience leading or coaching a sales team is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of tax, accounting or corporate services is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.
