Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition is responsible for executing the recruitment plan and selection procedures to secure the best-fit talent in a timely manner. This role works closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day recruitment activities, assessing and selecting candidates according to business needs and agreed timelines.
• Design and implement talent‑pool initiatives such as job fairs, walk‑in interviews, workshops, and virtual events to enhance employer branding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct effective onboarding programs and integrate new staff.
• Collect and consolidate compensation and benefits data from candidate interviews and recommend best practices.
• Maintain employee documentation, including CVs, academic records, IDs, family books, guarantee letters, and medical check‑ups.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Economics, Administration Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or overall HR practices.
• Strong command of both Khmer and English.
• Knowledge of Cambodia labor law.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
