IT Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on the design, deployment, and support of storage and server solutions in data‑center environments, working closely with enterprise and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and debug SAN/NAS storage, servers and GPU servers, including RAID setup, firmware upgrades and system testing.
• Perform on‑site fault diagnosis, DOA handling, hardware installation, commissioning, migration, testing and emergency troubleshooting.
• Lead data‑center storage or computing project implementations and coordinate acceptance with customers.
• Assist in tender technical document review, proof‑of‑concepts, technical consultation and solution validation.
• Prepare delivery documentation, operation logs and acceptance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Network, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Practical experience with X86 servers, GPU servers and enterprise storage deployment.
• Understanding of Linux basics, RAID, FC/iSCSI, storage pooling and LUN management.
• Hands‑on experience delivering data‑center or large ICT projects is preferred.
• Good technical English for reading manuals and communicating with global teams.
