About the role

Monakom Technology is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor to lead its QA team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of its SaaS products.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of QA/testing experience, including 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

Automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman.
Knowledge of API testing, SQL, Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC/STLC processes.
Experience working in SaaS environments.
