Director of Human Resources & Administration

About the role

The Director of Human Resources & Administration will lead the company's HR and admin functions, ensuring the right people, policies, and systems are in place to meet business goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role acts as a strategic partner while maintaining hands‑on oversight of daily HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior management on workforce planning, organization structure, and manpower budgeting.
• Lead recruitment for key management and critical positions, manage onboarding and probation processes.
• Design and maintain compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive schemes.
• Oversee training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws, maintain HR policies, and manage employee records.
• Monitor payroll accuracy, control manpower‑related costs, and provide regular HR reports to the Management Team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR and administration functions in a mid‑to‑large organization.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Hands‑on approach to day‑to‑day HR operations and talent acquisition.
