Sales Supervisor – Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor (FMCG) will lead a sales team in Phnom Penh, driving revenue growth within the fast‑moving consumer goods sector. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on planning, executing and monitoring sales activities while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and implement daily sales activities to meet targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback.
• Conduct field visits, promotions and in‑store activities.
• Coach, train and evaluate the performance of sales representatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyse performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a sales team.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Background in FMCG, retail or distribution management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and travel for field visits.
• Organised, detail‑oriented with solid time‑management skills.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills
