About the role

The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive at KOFI is responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. The role involves presenting products, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities while managing existing client accounts.
• Present products/services, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing ongoing support.
• Prepare presentations, maintain accurate sales records and use CRM systems to track progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
• Represent KOFI at trade shows, exhibitions and other industry events to generate leads.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in FMCG or fast‑moving industries such as nutrition, foods or non‑foods.
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
• Fluency in English and Khmer.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking.
