Sales Serving Officer (2 Positions)

About the role

We are looking for two motivated Sales Serving Officers to support our sales team and ensure smooth order processing, client communication and delivery coordination. The role combines customer service, data management and administrative support to help the sales department meet its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients to verify order needs, update pricing and gather information.
• Process sales orders, liaise with fleet support and confirm deliveries using the fleet management system.
• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries promptly, resolving complaints while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Review customer contracts for accuracy and update CRM records.
• Provide sales team with tracking documentation and data for month‑end goals.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and inter‑departmental communication.
• Prepare reports and supply data to senior management upon request.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales administration or support.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure and on a rotating weekend schedule.
• Team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with fleet management software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Internet).
