Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships for Saisons Brother Holding, a diversified Cambodian group operating across retail, food & beverage, technology, construction and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and qualify potential customers.
• Promote and explain the company’s products and services, providing tailored consultation.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, prepare quotations and follow up with prospects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, provide after‑sales support and resolve complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery.
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
