Sales Executive – Customer Acquisition & Retention

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive growth for our UPS authorized service operations in Cambodia by nurturing existing client relationships and actively prospecting new business opportunities. This role combines field sales visits, market analysis, and regular reporting to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers through regular sales visits.
• Conduct frequent sales calls and provide market updates.
• Prepare and submit reports on market trends to management.
• Support market and data analysis activities for senior leadership.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance in all business dealings.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager or Station Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with logistics knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating across functions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and the local language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
