Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

Joy Premium Drinking Water is seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to expand its presence in Phnom Penh and surrounding areas. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new business, visiting existing customers, and promoting high‑quality bottled water products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Visit potential and existing customers to present product information and negotiate orders.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales manager to align on targets and promotional initiatives.
• Support brand visibility through participation in events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Customer‑focused mindset with willingness to work outdoors and travel within Phnom Penh.
• Basic reporting and documentation capabilities.
• Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, or beverage distribution is an advantage.
• Proficiency in local languages; basic English is beneficial.
