Medical Sales Representative – Cambodia (Kompong Cham, Siem Reap, Battambang, Phnom Penh)

About the role

DKT Mekong is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to drive sales of our healthcare products across Kompong Cham, Siem Reap, Battambang and Phnom Penh. You will act as the primary link between the company, distributors, pharmacies, clinics and hospitals, ensuring our products reach the right customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Expand the customer base by introducing products to pharmacies, clinics and hospitals and maintaining strong relationships.
• Classify and rank customers to develop targeted sales and service plans, meeting route‑calling targets.
• Collaborate with distributors, supporting their medical representatives and introducing new product lines.
• Work with the Marketing team and distributor staff to execute point‑of‑sale activities, brand awareness campaigns and trade‑marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Cambodian nationality with good command of English.
• Educational background in medical, pharmacy or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Analytical thinker, quick decision‑maker and proactive team player.
