Medical Sales Executive

About the role

Royal Group Wellness Center is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Executive to promote its range of medical, diagnostic, health check‑up and wellness services. The role focuses on building relationships with individual clients, corporate organisations, insurance companies, doctors, clinics and hospitals in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell RGWC’s medical and wellness services to individuals and corporate clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the healthcare and corporate sectors.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, insurance providers and referral partners.
• Visit potential clients, present service packages and prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Follow up leads, support clients throughout the sales process and achieve monthly sales and client‑acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with medical, operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM system and submit regular pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare field.
• Existing relationships within the healthcare or corporate sector are an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
• Proactive, well‑organized, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
